What does the $50 booking fee include?
The $50 booking fee is a deposit that goes towards of any new purchase but is non-refundable if you don't make a purchase.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel at least 72 hours before the pop-up event and the $50 deposit will be refunded back to you in 3-4 business days. Refunds are not offered for no-shows, missed appointments, or if a hairpiece isn't purchased.*
What to expect from a pop up event?
This is an intimate (1:1) private viewing that is easy, pressure free, allows you to ask question, explore our collections with complete peace of mind.
Your privacy is paramount, so feel free to let us know how we can make you feel more at easy and comfortable.
Who am I meeting with?
You will be meeting with Allison, the founder of SPARX who has alopecia universalis so she truly understands the emotional side to hair loss and the technical side to hairwear.
How can I make the most out of my meeting?
When you book an appointment, complete the questions. If you have inspiration photos you can send them to us by replying to the confirmation booking. If you have specific collections, colors or style that you would like to see please let us know in advance and we will do our best to have them on hand when we meet.
