We're here to bring a little  'amour'  to your door with quality hair that is wearable. Sometimes it takes a little trial & error before you find 'The One'...Not to worry! Below find all the information you need to make a quick return if it's not love at first sight.

Returns & Preorders FAQ

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your look! We gladly accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We understand that you might need to lightly mist a wig with water or use a blow dryer to see how it sits—that’s perfectly fine. However, to be eligible for a return, the piece must remain in its original condition. This means:

  • No cutting the lace or hair.
  • No washing or chemical treatments.
  • No styling products (hairspray, gels, etc.).

What counts as a "Preorder or Special Order"?

A preorder and a special order is any item that is not in stock. This typically includes:

  • Specific sizes requested that are not currently in stock.
  • Pieces with "custom" requests or modifications.

Why are preorders and special orders non-returnable?

Because these items are tailored to your specific needs, they are very difficult for a small business to resell. For this reason, preorder and special orders must be paid for in advance and are final sale. We simply cannot hold "custom" inventory that we can't offer to other customers.

How do I make a return? 

Please refer to our step-by-step guide, how do make a returnto start your return. If you need help, get in touch with us at help@sparxhair.com with the Order # to start the return.

What is your quality guarantee? We take great care to maintain the highest quality standards. However, if you have received a product that does not meet your standards (ie material or workmanship defects) please contact us at, help@sparxhair.com. After we receive and examine the faulty item, we will either replace your item with a new one (subject to availability) or give you your money back.

Exchange & Return FAQ

Are their any fees to make a return? 

Simple, Flat-Rate Returns
Unlike other vendors, we never charge restocking or "restyling" fees. We believe you should only pay for the hair, not for changing your mind. To keep things easy, we provide a pre-printed return label for a flat fee of $20, which is simply deducted from your total refund. As long as your item is in its original condition, the rest is yours.

Can I get help finding a better color?  We're happy to help you find a better color. Please email our team at help@sparxhair.com so we can help. 

When will I receive my refund? A full refund will be provided to the original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned item was not altered in any way. The review process can take up to 5-7 business days to finalize. Most financial institutions can take up to 3-5 business days to process a refund, which could take longer. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to show up on your statement before contacting us at help@sparxhair.com
