How do I know my size? The sleeping cap comes in two sizes 1. Petite (ideal for smaller heads 2. Average (ideal for average to larger heads)

Is this good for chemo? Yes! It was specifically designed to be gentle on scalps during chemotherapy and recovery, providing privacy and warmth without the weight.

If I have hair can I wear this sleeping cap? Yes, many of our customers love wearing our sleeping cap on long airplane trips. If you have hair, we recommend the larger size.

How does the sleeping cap stay on? We use a soft pajama elastic in the back which helps it stay put all night. No bulky elastic or velcro backing

Does the eye mask block out all the light? No, our eye mask is lightweight and light blocking but it does not provide a complete blackout experience.

Are their many bulky parts that dig or hurt? No, this cap is seamless so if your head is sensitive to pressure you'll love this.
