We provide three distinct options designed to fit different budgets and maintenance styles:
- European Human Hair: The ultimate luxury. Fine, silky, and incredibly long-lasting.
- Premium Remy Human Hair: The "Goldilocks" of hair—durable, natural movement, and mid-range thickness.
- Luxury Synthetic (European Replica): A high-tech fiber designed to mimic the movement of fine European hair without the maintenance of human hair.
We use Denier (the thickness of individual strands) to help you match the look you’re used to seeing in the mirror:
- FINE Hair: European & Luxury Synthetic. An exact replica of fine, silky hair with high movement and fluidity.
- MEDIUM Hair: Premium Remy Human Hair. A natural, "all-rounder" hair that isn't too thick or too fine that it breaks.
- THICK Hair: Heat-Friendly Synthetic. Maximum "oomph" and volume for a full-bodied look.
Longevity depends on the hair, how often you wear it and the care. For daily wearers, here is what you can expect with proper maintenance:
- European & Remy Human Hair: 1.5 – 2 Years
- Luxury Synthetic: 1 – 1.5 Years
- Heat-Friendly Synthetic: 6 – 8 Months

"Remy" refers to hair where the cuticles are kept intact and all point in the same direction.
The Pro-Tip Test: Run your fingers down a strand (it should feel smooth) and then back up (it should feel slightly rough). If you feel that slight resistance going up, you know the cuticle is present, ensuring your hair won't tangle or mat easily.

During the consultation, we will discuss cap construction, cap size, and hair color so that your helper hair customized to your personal needs.
The FIT + COMFORT kit varies from $39–$79, credited toward purchase.
You have 7 days to enjoy your Fit Kit. We include a prepaid return label for easy, hassle experience.
When your fit kit arrives, your dedicated advisor will send your their calendar so you can easily book times with them so you get the support and help that you need.

We get it - investing in your hair is a big deal, and the last thing you want is to be stuck with something that isn't you. We want your purchase to be totally stress-free. That’s why we give you 14 days from the moment your package arrives to fall in love. If it’s not a perfect match, send it back for a full refund or an easy exchange. No stress, just great hair.
Simple, Flat-Rate Returns
Unlike other vendors, we never charge restocking or "restyling" fees. We believe you should only pay for the hair, not for changing your mind. To keep things easy, we provide a pre-printed return label for a flat fee of $20, which is simply deducted from your total refund. As long as your item is in its original condition, the rest is yours.

Returns & Special Orders FAQ
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your look! We gladly accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We understand that you might need to lightly mist a wig with water or use a blow dryer to see how it sits—that’s perfectly fine. However, to be eligible for a return, the piece must remain in its original condition. This means:
- No cutting the lace or hair.
- No washing or chemical treatments.
- No styling products (hairspray, gels, etc.).
What counts as a "Special Order"?
A Special Order is any item that is not part of our standard, in-stock inventory. This typically includes:
- Specific sizes requested that are not currently in stock.
- Pieces with "custom" requests or modifications.
Why are Special Orders non-returnable?
Because these items are tailored to your specific needs, they are very difficult for a small business to resell. For this reason, Special Orders must be paid for in advance and are final sale. We simply cannot hold "custom" inventory that we can't offer to other customers.
