Our Premium Hair Types

We offer three premium hair options.

  1. European Human Hair: Renowned as the finest quality hair globally.
  2. Remy Human Hair: Minimally processed with intact cuticles so it feels silky smooth throughout it's lifespan.
  3. Luxury Synthetic (European Replica): A revolutionary synthetic that feels and acts like European human hair that mimics natural movement and styling (even when wet) with low-maintenance ease.

Our Collections

  1. Stretch Lace Cap - made with new stretchable lace so the base is lightweight, breathable and stretchable
  2. Gripper Cap - built-in silicone wig grip for maximum hold; stays secure up to 35 miles an hour
  3. Sport Headband Cap - your active wig, alternative wig, weekend wig. It's the one you don't think you need but you'll never want to take it off

If you need partial coverage, we have three topper designs:

  1. Part - baby 2.5x5.25 toppers which enhances volume along the partline
  2. Top - 6.25x6.75 topper for full coverage on top
  3. Full - 10x10 full coverage topper that feels like our patent pending sport headband wig without the headband. It's kind of amazing!

Wig Pop Up Event FAQ

What does the $50 booking fee include?

The $50 booking fee is a deposit that goes towards of any new wig or topper purchase but it is non-refundable if you don't make a purchase.
Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you have cancel your booking and receive a full refund.

  • 72-Hour Notice: Cancel at least 72 hours before the event to receive a full refund of your $50 deposit.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3–4 business days to return to your account.
  • Non-Refundable: Deposits are forfeited for no-shows, missed appointments, or if a hairpiece is not purchased.
What to expect from a pop up event?

This is an intimate (1:1) private viewing that is easy, pressure free, allows you to ask question, explore our collections with complete peace of mind.

Your privacy is paramount, so feel free to let us know how we can make you feel more at easy and comfortable.
Who am I meeting with?

You will be meeting with Allison, the founder of SPARX who has alopecia universalis so she truly understands the emotional side to hair loss and the technical side to hairwear.
How can I make the most out of my meeting?

First, when you reserve a time please complete the questionnaire. If you have inspiration photos you can send them to us by replying to the confirmation booking. If you have specific collections, colors or styles that you would like to see please let us know in advance and we will do our best to have them on hand when we meet.
Will I be able to pick up a piece or will it be shipped to me?

To ensure we have your favorite styles ready, please notify us, events@sparxhair.com, in advance if you are interested in specific colors, lengths, or hair types from our wHAIRable collections. We will do everything possible to have those options available for purchase during the pop-up event.

Delivery & Craftsmanship

  • In-Stock Items: If your selection is in stock but not physically at the event, it will arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • Bespoke Creations: For custom pieces, our artisans spend 3–4 months hand-crafting and perfecting every detail.

Your Personalized Care Portal

When we craft a piece specifically for you, you remain intimately connected to the process through a personalized care portal. You will receive real-time updates as we celebrate each milestone of your wHAIRables transformation:

  • Foundation: Notification when your cap is completed.
  • Preparation: Updates when your hair is prepped.
  • Artistry: Insight into the delicate ventilation process and final quality control.
  • Finishing Touches: The process concludes with a professional haircut and white-glove shipping to ensure you don't have to worry about a thing!

We're here to bring a little 'amour'  to your door with high quality, super comfy wigs. Sometimes it takes a little trial & error before you find 'The One'...Not to worry. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to submit a return and ship the items back to us. There are NO restocking or restyling fees.
