OUR HAIR TYPES

We offer three hair types 1. European Human Hair 2. Remy Human Hair 3. Luxury Synthetic

  • European human hair is Remy so great care is taken to preserve the cuticle. The denier is fine, meaning each strand is thin or fine. This hair is desirable because it feels like most caucasian hair
  • Remy human hair is a medium denier - not too fine or too thick. Great care is taken to preserve the cuticle.
  • Luxury synthetic is a long life synthetic that has a fine denier and is unlike any synthetic you have ever seen! It is an exact replica fine human hair and it has the same characteristics as real hair meaning it looks wet, curls well and it has great movement. It's great for someone who wants the feel of human hair but wants the low maintenance of a synthetic
OUR COLLECTIONS

If you need full coverage, we have three cap designs

  • Stretch Lace Cap - made with new stretchable lace so the base is lightweight, breathable and stretchable
  • Gripper Cap - built-in silicone wig grip for maximum hold; stays secure up to 35 miles an hour
  • Sport Headband Cap - your active wig, alternative wig, weekend wig. It's the one you don't think you need but you'll never want to take it off

If you need partial coverage, we have three topper designs:

  • Part - baby 2.5x5.25 toppers which enhances volume along the partline
  • Top - 6.25x6.75 topper for full coverage on top
  • Full - 10x10 full coverage topper that feels like our patent pending sport headband wig without the headband. It's kind of amazing!

If your wHAIRable is in stock, it will arrive within 3 to 5 business days; however, if we are hand crafting a piece specifically for you, our artisans will spend the next 3 to 4 months perfecting every detail.

Throughout this process, you will remain intimately connected to your team and have access to you personalized care portal where you will series of real-time updates: from the moment your cap is completed and the hair is prepped, to the delicate artistry of ventilation and the final quality control approval. We celebrate each milestone of the transformation—concluding with a professional haircut and white-glove shipping—ensuring you are informed and inspired every step of the way.

FAQ | POP UP EVENTS

What does the $50 booking fee include?

The $50 booking fee is a deposit that goes towards of any new purchase but is non-refundable if you don't make a purchase.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel at least 72 hours before the pop-up event and the $50 deposit will be refunded back to you in 3-4 business days. Refunds are not offered for no-shows, missed appointments, or if a hairpiece isn't purchased.*

What to expect from a pop up event?

This is an intimate (1:1) private viewing that is easy, pressure free, allows you to ask question, explore our collections with complete peace of mind.

Who am I meeting with?

You will be meeting with Allison, the founder of SPARX who has alopecia universalis so she truly understands the emotional side to hair loss and the technical side to hairwear.

How can I make the most out of my meeting?

When you book an appointment, complete the questions. If you have inspiration photos you can send them to us by replying to the confirmation booking. If you have specific collections, colors or style that you would like to see please let us know in advance and we will do our best to have them on hand when we meet.

Can I continue to speak with my advisor?

Yes! We understand that finding a wig or topper is only solves the first problem. Many of us, need continued support. Your dedicated advisor will continue to there to help you along the way. We also have built out an extensive hub that is filled with tutorials and guides to help you along the way.

I just want oder the FIT + COMFORT kit, do I have to setup a consultation?

Yes, our goal to help make your wig and topper life a total breeze. Our consultation is our way of ensuring that you get the support that you need! During the consultation, we will discuss cap construction, cap size, and hair color so that your helper hair customized to your personal needs.

How much does the Fit + ComfortKit cost?

The FIT + COMFORT kit varies from $39–$79, credited toward purchase.

How long can I keep the FIT +COMFORT kit?

You have7 daysto enjoy your Fit Kit. We include a prepaid return label for easy, hassle experience.

When the FIT + COMFORT kit arrives, what happens next?

When your fit kit arrives, your dedicated educator will send your their calendar so you can easily book times with them so you get the support and help that you need.

What is the 14 day comfort guarantee?

We understand, high quality wigs and hair toppers are expensive so making a decision to buy one is stressful because no one wants to get stuck with hair that they don't love.

This is our way of making it risk-free for you. You have 14 days from when your item arrives to decide if you love it or send it back for a full refund or exchange.

Do I have to pay before my 14 day comfort guarantee?

Yes, you will have to make a purchase but if you return the item, you will receive a full refund minus shipping as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Details can be found here.

How do I make an exchange or return?

Making a return or exchange is simple. Just login into your account, click into your order and click the return button. Details can be found here.

What makes an item ineligible for exchange/return?

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unaltered items.  

  • What does that mean? We understand that when trying a wig or topper, that you may need to spray some water on the hair or blow dry the hair a bit, so don't worry too much. In general, we need the wig or topper  to "stay" in its original condition, meaning please do not cut, wash, or use styling products.
