The headband wig comes in two sizes. The petite fits smaller head shapes (xxs, xs, s) and the average size fits normal to larger head shapes (medium, large).

Yes, the sport headband wig is 100% hand tied so it easy to wear the hair up or down. Ponytails, top knots, french braids are super easy to do in this wig because the headband cups the head and you don't have to worry about the edge or perimeter of the wig showing like most wigs

Yes, you can. The heat settings for the synthetic hair ranges from 280-300 degrees. Most saunas and hot yoga rooms range from 90-160 degrees so your hair will be fine.

Our founder, Allison, goes in the sauna all the time. If the hair feels hot, just apply some water to the hair.

Yes, the headband wig is 100% hand tied so you can easily braid this wig. There are no styling limits - wear it up, down, curl it or wear it straight.

The lifespan of your headband wig will vary between 6 and 24 months, depending mostly on the hair type you choose and then on its maintenance and frequency of use. More detailed information can be found here.

What lengths are available?

The headband wig is available in two styles but can be cut to any style by a professional hairstylist. The long style sit at the chest level on most and the bob style slightly brushes the shoulders and can still be worn up in a little ponytail.

"Remy" refers to hair where the cuticles are kept intact and all point in the same direction.

The Pro-Tip Test: Run your fingers down a strand (it should feel smooth) and then back up (it should feel slightly rough). If you feel that slight resistance going up, you know the cuticle is present, ensuring your hair won't tangle or mat easily.

Simple, Flat-Rate Returns
Unlike other vendors, we never charge restocking or "restyling" fees. We believe you should only pay for the hair, not for changing your mind. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your look! We gladly accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We understand that you might need to lightly mist a wig with water or use a blow dryer to see how it sits—that’s perfectly fine. However, to be eligible for a return, the piece must remain in its original condition. This means:

• No cutting the lace or hair.
• No washing or chemical treatments.
• No styling products (hairspray, gels, etc.).

What counts as a "Special Order"?

A Special Order is any item that is not part of our standard, in-stock inventory. This typically includes:

• Specific sizes requested that are not currently in stock.
• Pieces with "custom" requests or modifications.

Why are Special Orders non-returnable?

Because these items are tailored to your specific needs, they are very difficult for a small business to resell. For this reason, Special Orders must be paid for in advance and are final sale. We simply cannot hold "custom" inventory that we can't offer to other customers.
