European Human Hair
The finest of our human hair options. European hair is Remy-grade, meaning the cuticle is carefully preserved for a natural look and feel. Its fine denier (thin strand thickness) makes it the closest match to most Caucasian hair textures.

Remy Human Hair
A medium denier — not too fine, not too thick — with the same cuticle-preserving Remy standard. A versatile, natural-feeling option that works beautifully across a wide range of styles.
Luxury Synthetic
Unlike anything you've seen in synthetic hair. This long-life fiber has a fine denier that replicates real human hair so closely it looks wet, curls naturally, and moves with ease. Perfect for anyone who loves the look and feel of human hair but prefers the low-maintenance simplicity of synthetic.
Heat-Friendly Synthetic (Sport Headband Wig only)

During the consultation, we will discuss cap construction, cap size, and hair color so that your helper hair customized to your personal needs.
The FIT + COMFORT kit varies from $39–$79, credited toward purchase.
You have 7 days to enjoy your Fit Kit. We include a prepaid return label for easy, hassle experience.
When your fit kit arrives, your dedicated educator will send your their calendar so you can easily book times with them so you get the support and help that you need.

We get it - investing in your hair is a big deal, and the last thing you want is to be stuck with something that isn't you. We want your purchase to be totally stress-free. That’s why we give you 14 days from the moment your package arrives to fall in love. If it’s not a perfect match, send it back for a full refund or an easy exchange. No stress, just great hair.
Simple, Flat-Rate Returns
Unlike other vendors, we never charge restocking or "restyling" fees. We believe you should only pay for the hair, not for changing your mind. To keep things easy, we provide a pre-printed return label for a flat fee of $20, which is simply deducted from your total refund. As long as your item is in its original condition, the rest is yours.
The 14 day comfort guarantee starts the day you package is delivered.

Returns & Special Orders FAQ
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your look! We gladly accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We understand that you might need to lightly mist a wig with water or use a blow dryer to see how it sits—that’s perfectly fine. However, to be eligible for a return, the piece must remain in its original condition. This means:
- No cutting the lace or hair.
- No washing or chemical treatments.
- No styling products (hairspray, gels, etc.).
What counts as a "Special Order"?
A Special Order is any item that is not part of our standard, in-stock inventory. This typically includes:
- Specific sizes requested that are not currently in stock.
- Pieces with "custom" requests or modifications.
Why are Special Orders non-returnable?
Because these items are tailored to your specific needs, they are very difficult for a small business to resell. For this reason, Special Orders must be paid for in advance and are final sale. We simply cannot hold "custom" inventory that we can't offer to other customers.
